Company Structure

Port History
The Beginning
Started as a seafood collection point for local coastal fishermen.
Company Formation
PT. Sarana Yeoman Sembada was established. Ice factory and vessel landing facilities were constructed.
Port Expansion
Land was allocated by Batam Authority for purse seine fishing vessel operations.
Official Permits
Fishing port construction and operational permits were issued by Batam City and Riau Islands Province.
Official Designation
Officially designated as Telaga Punggur Fishing Port by the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries.
Management Consortium
PT. Sarana Yeoman Sembada and PT. Sasco Maritim Indonesia formed a consortium to manage the port.
Pilot Program
Selected for the government pilot program on post-production revenue and measured catch in Fisheries Management Area 711.
